This app is designed to evaluate how adherant you are with a set of given rules.
This mobile device application (‘App’) has been created solely as a means for its testing. The Owner of the App has provided fictional information and the App is therefore NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR MEDICAL PURPOSE.
The Owner does not provide any medical advice on the App, and the information should not be so construed or used. Downloading, using, accessing and/or browsing the App and/or providing personal information to the Owner do not create a physician-patient relationship between the User and the Owner. For any health related matters, the User should consult a physician.
The Owner makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any information, content, materials or products included or referenced therein.
